All Virtual Colombia images can be licensed for use in PRINTING, TV, CD, WWW and other mediums. There are a 3 different ways in which you can license an image from our Photo Library. The licenses reflect the ways in which you can use the images.

We will not ask for your C/Card in the following order forms:

| (US$ 23.25 to US$ 40.00 each, depends on volume) Exclusive use on a website. There is an upper limit of 12 images per website and there is no expiry date for use of each image on your website. To place an order, proceed to the WWW License form. |

| (US$ 100.00 each) This license grants you perpetual and non-restrictive use of an image or images. You can use the image in as many projects as you like, for a one-time flat fee. Once you purchase this license, the image is ready to use in advertising, brochures, packaging, web sites, multimedia projects, and more. This license remains exclusive to you, the purchaser. You cannot make the image available for use or download to a third party at cost or for free, and you can not give or sell the license to another party. The royalty free license also allows you to alter an image and create unique works of your own. To place an order, proceed to the Royalty-Free License form. |

| (US$ 350.00+) You can request exclusive rights to an image to eliminate its simultaneous use by competitors. This license has a number of different time options. Starting at 1 month to permanent exclusivity. Use of the image during the specified time is unlimited, (same rights as the Royalty-Free license above). Permanent exclusivity is the same as buying all rights to the image. To place an Order, proceed to the Exclusive License form. |
