Information
Usaquen (Usaquén) is a residential and commercial area in northern Bogotá. Usaquén was a separate municipality of Cundinamarca until 1954, when it was annexed into Bogota city. Today it is a middle to upper class neighborhood with a variety of housing styles and several shopping centers. The Cordillera Oriental forms a natural border to the east.

Important suburbs in Usaquen include: Lijacá, Verbenal, San Antonio, Servitá, San Cristóbal Norte, Toberín, Cedritos, Bella Suiza, La Carolina, Santa Ana, Santa Barbara, San Gabriel Norte, Cantón Norte, Francisco Miranda, Las Margaritas, San Patricio, and the old village of Usaquén.

Usaquen is bounded on the north by the municipalities of Chia and Sopó, east with the municipality of La Calera, south to 100 Street and west to the highway north. Between Streets (calles) 116a and 121 and between Carreras 5 and 7.
